December is a wild month! Between wrapping up end-of-year projects, shopping, parties, and holiday travel your fitness takes a back seat. That’s why we’ve designed the Kenzai 10 Day Challenge!
In the month of December challenge yourself to complete 10 days of our ten-minute high intensity workouts. They’ll quickly get your blood pumping and your muscles burning. Don’t let December be a total washout! If you’ve got 10 minutes, you’ve got time for a great workout!
KENZAI 10-DAY CHALLENGE: Day 10
Day Ten! You made it! Notice how your body changed over the 10-day period. You should be feeling lighter, stronger and leaner... and ready to tackle a longer training cycle in the new year!
KENZAI 10-DAY CHALLENGE: Day 9
The end is in sight! Eight workouts down, one to go! Stay strong and remember why you started in the first place: to challenge yourself with a small training cycle during a month where health isn't always a priority!
KENZAI 10-DAY CHALLENGE: Day 8
Today's workout is all about balance. We'll ramp up your workout with some leg work that'll get your blood pumping, and then we'll ask you to take a pause and focus on your balance. It's a fun change of pace. And it's remarkably challenging. It's just what you need before the end of this 10-day cycle!

Lucky number seven. Just three days left. And today's workout is. a. doozy. Biceps, triceps, legs, chest and core. Pause it if you need to. But make it through if you can. The end is in sight!

And just like that, you're over the hump. Four days left! Stay strong. And watch out for one of our favorite exercises... the CREEP! it's a wonderful way to scare your family members or befuddle your neighbors.

Today's workout features some push-up variants that'll get you sweating in no time. So keep it tight, maintain your good form and you'll be at the finish line in no time!
