One reason we love Kenzai is for the variety it provides. The workouts bring our muscles to exhaustion in a different way every single day.
Even with this assortment of stimulation and burn, working out remains a challenge and we look inside ourselves every day to make a healthy choice.
One way to stay motivated is to change the view of your workout.
Take it outside for a day. Or if you train outside, take it inside.
Find a spot on your way to work to break up the trip. If you can't switch up where you get your daily dose of Kenzai done, why not hang a photo of some place or someone you love as you sweat it out.
We are lifers in this quest to stay fit and healthy, and it’s nice to have a few small tasks that gives our motivation a jolt!
