Building a photoshoot-worthy physique requires daily sacrifice, around-the-clock discipline and a fitness-first lifestyle. But having rippling abs and bulging biceps comes at a cost. Slogging away towards this plateau is sort of like gaining those final five yards on a football field to score a touchdown. It requires a lot of grit and in-the-trenches work. But what about those other 95 yards? In fitness as in football, the first 95 yards come a bit easier than the last 5.
