"I had put on a lot of weight at the beginning of the year, and my pants were crying, unable to hold onto my expanded waist!! I was traveling a lot and not watching my diet combined with not exercising regularly, and I really needed to get back in shape!

"I had put on a lot of weight at the beginning of the year, and my pants were crying, unable to hold onto my expanded waist!! I was traveling a lot and not watching my diet combined with not exercising regularly, and I really needed to get back in shape!

Every action should have a goal. For me I wanted:

1. Get fitter

2. Reduce waistline and stomach fat

3. Reduce weight

And how have I done all of that…

1. I’m definitely much fitter. I don’t feel tired post lunch, I’m able to run and walk distances and don’t pant much anymore!!

2. My pants fit better…..shirts and teeshirts fall so much better. I was rotund with fat all around my center of gravity…post workouts my hidden abs are slowly but steadily coming out!! My bi & triceps are visible, firmer chest, stronger back and lesser fat, more defined shoulders and definitely stronger legs!!

3. I’ve lost 9 Kgs in 90 days!! OH YEAH….i love my scale now!"
