You should wake up a little hungry most days.
Waking up with that gentle rumble in your belly means that several things went right the day before. It means you didn't have a huge carb-based dinner, and that your dinner was probably early in the evening. You went to bed without a lot of unneeded sugars floating around your system, and that means you didn't create new layers of body fat overnight.
This is a good thing.
Waking up hungry also has other benefits. You’ll probably wake up earlier as your stomach prods you to put some food into it. You tend to eat larger, more healthy breakfasts. And on a more philosophical note, waking up hungry is a great tone to set for the whole day.
It means you're ready to get out of bed, ready to take on the world, and hungry for LIFE!
